Business Development Manager
Kingston Resources Limited (ASX: KSN)
Kingston's Mineral Hill mine in the Cobar Basin is a polymetallic operation —
copper, gold, silver, lead and zinc — which means almost every question about
it is really several questions at once. My work sits across the technical and
corporate sides of that: building and reviewing the numbers that go into
resource estimates, mine plans and transaction models, then making sure what
gets said publicly about them is supportable.
That has covered mineral resource estimation and block model validation,
stope optimisation and confidence classification, acquisition due diligence,
financial modelling, and editorial and compliance review of ASX releases
against JORC 2012 and Listing Rules Chapter 5.
Alongside it I've built a set of internal Python tools — assay compositing and
significant-intercept reporting, copper-equivalent calculation, standardised
drill plan figure generation — which have replaced work that used to be done
by hand each time.
